General terms for services provided by WebLabs
Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for design, development and related services between WebLabs and the client.
Services & quotes
The scope of services follows from the individual written quote. Quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Prices & payment
Prices are net; no VAT is shown (§ 19 UStG). Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit may be due before work begins, with the remainder on delivery.
Delivery & cooperation
Timelines depend on timely provision of content and feedback by the client. Agreed dates are estimates unless expressly marked as binding.
Liability & law
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for damages to life, body or health. German law applies.
